Vastu Foundation is an association of Vastu Scholars whose aim is to help our fellow beings by providing expert advice in the field of Vastu Shastra. The members of this foundation are either PhD scholars or those who have proven their outstanding contributions in this field. Vastusastra is an Indic theory of architecture and a ‘science of higher dimension’. According to Mayamatam, “Vastusastra is an ancient art and science, containing principles and practices of designing and constructing buildings which ensure a harmonious balance between man, material and nature”.

Kautilya highlights Vastu as “griham kṣetram ārāma setu-banḍha, taṭākam adhāro vāvāstuh”. It means that house, fields, gardens, the building of any kind, lakes and tanks are called Vastu.
